Business Development Manager (m/f)
Key responsibilities:
Leading business development initiatives;
Identifying and evaluating in-licensing and out-licensing opportunities for generics, value-added medicines, and innovative pharmaceutical products;
Managing the full deal lifecycle, from opportunity scouting and initial discussions to negotiation, contract execution, and alliance management;
Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies globally;
Collaborating with internal teams (R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, finance, and legal) to structure competitive proposals and ensure successful project execution;
Supporting portfolio strategy and product selection aligned with company growth objectives and manufacturing capabilities;
Leading commercial discussions with partners regarding development programs, technology transfers, and manufacturing agreements;
Representing the company at major international pharmaceutical conferences and partnering events;
Contributing to the company’s long-term strategic positioning, identifying emerging market trends, technologies, and partnership models.
Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharma and/or relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Industry;
Fluency in English – outstanding written and communication skills, with the confidence to start new relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
