Business Developer - Distribution Contract Manager (m/f)
Main Responsibilities:
- Optimize Bluepharma's distribution model in different markets;
- Manage the entire distribution contract cycle: negotiation, implementation, KPI/SLA monitoring, review of conditions, and renewals;
- Define and optimize the distribution model by territory (channels, margins, thresholds, MOQ, CoGs, artwork and stock requirements);
- Identify, qualify, and negotiate with new distributors/territories;
- Build business cases (volume, price, margin, regulatory risk, MAH requirements);
- Follow up on submissions and registrations (MAs) with partners;
- Ensure information flows with Regulatory, Quality, and Supply, and monitor deadlines and local requirements;
- Evaluate the commercial performance of each distributor (forecasts, campaigns, launches, territorial extension of contracts);
- Ensure structured reporting (opportunity pipeline, status of submissions/registrations, margins by market, risk, and quality/compliance incidents);
- Ensure coordination with Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Finance/Controlling, Portfolio, and commercial teams;
- Contribute to portfolio planning and pricing by territory, integrating market feedback, regulatory requirements, and dossier limitations (old molecules, inability to submit in regulated markets);
Requirements:
- Higher education in Pharmaceutical Sciences or in the areas of Management/Economics;
- Previous experience in Business Development, Channel/Distribution Management, Export/International Sales, or Licensing in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector;
- Experience in regulated international markets will be valued;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written);
- Availability to travel internationally;
- Solid knowledge of B2B distribution models, distribution contracts, reading P&L and building business cases;
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills;
- Independent, results-oriented profile, with strong analytical and organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple projects/territories;
